Where To Clean Sony Dsc-wx220 Camera Lens

Whatsoever way to remove spots from lens interior?

Any way to remove spots from lens interior?

I recently noticed a couple spots on all my photos. I tin can see them when looking at the photographic camera LCD preview. The spots become more apparent equally I zoom in.

I've cleaned the outside lens with a microfiber cloth, and it doesn't help. I've tried blasting air into the lens sections, but that didn't exercise anything either.

Is in that location whatsoever way I can endeavour to clean the inside of the lens?

I purchased the photographic camera in December 2015.

How-do-you-do,

not very likely that yous'd be able to see grit on whatever surface on or inside the lens as dust spots on your images. This is commonly dust on the sensor surface itself.

If the cam in your profile is your current cam and so I have no advice for y'all how to get rid of such dust on the sensor. On organization cams with exchangeable lenses the sensor is accessible for cleaning - but for this reason those cams usually get too easier dust on the sensor.

I zoomed in and stuck the lens part into a vacuum cleaner hose. It sucked out the dust!

Sensor dust. Happened twice with an HX30 camera, each fourth dimension sent to Sony under warranty mutter how it could exist that a closed travel photographic camera has sensor dust, it should exist sealed.

Simply information technology seems to be a trend that the cameras are not properly sealed.

Hi there,

Merely subscribed to this forum to respond this. Afterwards a few unsuccessful attempts to remove dust from my RX100 lens (blowing air into it, using a vacuum cleaner, shaking it...), I actually managed to get rid of it by disassembling the camera (terminal resort attempt for me before buying a new camera, so I didn't mind breaking it then much).

Yous tin apply this tutorial to get you all the manner to the CCD and commencement lens (counting from the within) :

Then you tin can remove the big outside cable and all the screws around the lens to pry information technology open and admission the inner lenses. Took me two hours of trial and error, and I had to exercise information technology several times in a row considering a speck of grit would e'er go inside the lens before I could seal the CCD back in place... just at present my 5 year old RX100 is skillful every bit new again!
